Bei der Extrusion im Plastifiziersystem des Extruders wird fl\u00fcssiger Kunststoff durch einen Kanal mit geeignetem Profil gedr\u00fcckt. In der D\u00fcse wird unter Druck ein Extrudat geformt und durchl\u00e4uft einen Kalibrator. Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen wird das Extrudat auf Ma\u00df geschnitten oder auf eine Trommel gewickelt. Die Produkte werden in der Regel aus Thermoplasten und vulkanisierenden Elastomeren hergestellt. Diese Technologie ist ideal f\u00fcr die Gro\u00dfserien- und Massenproduktion, bei der die hergestellten Produkte gr\u00f6\u00dfere oder komplexe Abmessungen aufweisen.
