He gained experience in manufacturing companies in management positions, and then began his journey as an entrepreneur by founding a company that manufactures products using 3D printing. This experience resulted in the establishment, with a partner, of Plastipol, a plastics processing and technology consulting company. He believes that processes generate predictable value for customers, and that a flexible approach is a core competency in this day and age.

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (ZUT) with an engineering degree. At Plastipol, he makes sure that each customer’s project is successful. He coordinates entrusted projects in terms of the selection of both processing technology and appropriate material. She is responsible for ensuring that every stage of the project runs smoothly and as intended.

He is responsible for communicating with clients prior to project (order) implementation and at an early stage. His responsibilities include consultation and ongoing contact regarding ongoing implementations. With years of experience in the industry, he can accurately study and understand the needs, as well as suggest a solution. He has extensive knowledge in each of the plastic processing technologies offered, with a specialization in industrial 3D printing.
